Description

"Just don't tell my wife we're doing this." —Togusa

Togusa is an anomaly on the team. He was hired from the police force because of his reputation as an incorruptible detective, he has very few cybernetic implants, and he does not have a military background. Though he is not always as confident in battle as the rest of the team, he is a courageous and earnest operative who would go against any odds for justice.
