This mod combinds 5 mods into one alongside some other changes the mods being
-Spot optimization
-Toolpack
-playerled
-peace deals
-A modified version of 50 constructions slots that is closer to 30 construcktion slots

Changes just for the mod
steel refineries (you can guess what they do) and a slightly overhauled tank system

This mod also makes some slight balance changes but being its not a competitive mod they are mild
