Description
俘虏敌方士兵
增加了一个机制,可以将对敌方造成的伤亡转换成战俘,战俘可以使用决议交换一些资源和BUFF,比如对小国至关重要的人力。战俘是每周结算的。
默认是俘虏比例为0.15,造成1000伤亡会俘虏150战俘。七天内伤亡超过200k比例提升至0.2,超过500k比例提升至0.25,大伙可以提提意见
作者创意太有限了,也可以提一些新决议,其他建议也发在评论区

作者最初创建这个mod的初衷就是给玩家玩的小国提供更多容错率和可玩性,在大国上平衡性有问题是难以避免的。

Capturing enemy soldiers
A mechanic has been added to convert casualties inflicted on the enemy into POWs, which can be exchanged for a number of resources and buffs using resolution, such as manpower, which is vital to small nations. POWs are settled weekly.
The default is a POW ratio of 0.15, and inflicting 1,000 casualties will result in 150 POWs being captured. In seven days, the ratio of casualties over 200k is raised to 0.2, and over 500k is raised to 0.25, so you can give your opinion!
The author's creativity is too limited, you can also propose some new resolutions, other suggestions are also posted in the comments section!

The author initially created this mod with the intention of providing more tolerance and playability to the small countries that players play in, and it is difficult to avoid balance problems in the large countries.

作者其实可以借用下隔壁的雇佣兵系统mod,把战俘换算成雇佣兵,无论是出售给市场还是自己用都方便

有点想法,如果歼灭一个被包围的师,那就可以直接将这个被包围的师的40%-60%转为战俘,而如果这个师是在强守的情况下被歼灭,那就只能获得2-5%的战俘,甚至可以搞一些国家特色,比如欧洲大部分国家的战俘转化率高一些而东亚的战俘转化率低一些(没错说的就是你本子和土共)

决议确实可以解决法案类的兼容性,是我想错了。但是我觉得“战俘待遇”这个点子还是可以考虑的,或者战俘可以驻军?

我认为可以按照你说的做,他们可以保留 7-12 天,但军队会把他们分开,因为他们浪费了军队的资源,但这是我的主要想法之前的一个更简单的改变
