Orca 3 - Dragon Industries Edition

Description
A greatly improved version of the Orca 2. Features a 360 degree camera system - accessible from a single periscope, using a button to cycle cameras - ample storage space, and large, well-lit, well-furnished facilities. Also features a more conveniently navigable layout and a ballast flora assist mode.

This ship's reactor is very fuel-hungry, but it has to be to power the large complement of machines, weapons, and other facilities.

Because this is a version of the sub with its most significant weaknesses resolved, it is also quite expensive, especially for a T2 sub.

I just added a Ballast Flora Assist mode, a switch you can flip which purges all water from the ballast tanks so you can more easily clear ballast flora. It also forces the inter-tank doors open, allowing you more mobility while doing so.
