[B41] Motorious Zone: Hot Pursuit Pack SVU Addon

Description
This mod adds Standardized Vehicle Upgrades support to the vehicles from the MZ Hot Pursuit pack. Note that this mod is for B41 and tested to work with Standardized Vehicle Upgrades 2, as this is essentially an extension to PeterHammerman's SVU addon for Motorious Zone that covers the cars from the Hot Pursuit pack.

Credit goes to PeterHammerman and Jack Rossman for adapting the armor models for the MZ vehicles, this mod essentially just adds the existing armor to the Hot Pursuit cars.

@SpartanH347 [FR] This requires the base Motorious Zone SVU addon, which itself requires Standardized Vehicle Upgrades 2 specifically. I haven't tested it, but you might be able to use both SVU2 and SVU3 at the same time so long as you don't use SVU2 versions of addons that also have SVU3 versions. You only need the SVU2 core mod for this and the other Motorious Zone SVU addon to work

but there is a updated version, Standardized Vehicle Upgrades 3 - Core

It would be cool to see more animated cars from Motorious Zone (Supra, Impreza, GT40, Diablo, Mustang Foxbody, E36, 240SX)
