pascal.guerin Yes Tiger II had flaws but even so he could perfectly fight any enemy vehicles on huge distances

In addition to shielding, caterpillars pads to protect the turret, practically invulnerable, griffon Number 2 (with its great "88 mm" and a modern sighting system for the time).
This type of machine had a defect, especially for fragile mechanical gearbox, alot of these items were lost, not in combat but scuttled by its crew after a mechanical failure

SSJerrySmacker T-34 and Sherman and do not stand near the tiger and panther. Tiger is much more powerful tech tank.

i was at Munster panzer musem this weekend and inspected most of the ingame armor in the flesh, wow that was a fun experience after playing them in games for several years. I was most amazed by the Panther. It looked like much more of a beast then the tiger tank, very nices curves and it just looked mean and more modern, i think it was bigger as well.

The Tiger II however was as large as the panther. PrinzEugen - On the description of the Tiger II it said that while it was difficult for most allied armor to kill, it had been recorded being knocked out by both T34´s, JFS and shermans.

PrinzEugen yes I agree with you about that tank was too expensive and was going for a long time. Largely because of the war on two fronts, the military machine of the Third Reich was destroyed. Allied landing accelerated the process

badelites so in many ways the main problem was a huge weight and the fact that the engine power was not enough and the gearbox in place with transmission often broke

The only problem i know of with the tiger tank series is that they had a tendancy to breack down becouse of the size and complecticy of the tank? thats what iv got told.....

Extremely powerful tank, the Allies really had nothing to go head-to-head with this one. Only the late WWII Soviet Tanks stood a chance, and even there the kill-ratio's were staggering. If Germany had the economical means to mass-produce this kind of Panzers during 1944, and if they had the oil to keep them running, winning the war would have been more diificult for the Allies.
