(1.16.8) German Focus Tree Tweaks

German Focus Tree Tweaks (GFTT) is a mod focused on tweaking the new German focus tree added in Götterdämmerung by removing mutual exclusivities, merging national spirits to avoid "National Spirit Bloat" & sorting focus tool tips to make them easier to read.

Götterdämmerung is not a requirement.

Place the mod at bottom of load order for best results as I have had issues of the mod not working with equipment designer mods.

• Converted EVERY permanent national spirit for all branches into either the armed forces, Industry or ideology specific national spirits.
  
• Removed a Majority of the Mutual Exclusivities.
  
• Made all generals obtained from the army branch available from game start.
  
• Makes most of the High Command Characters available from game start.
  
• Added a decision to remove equipment variants from focuses.
  
• Added a decision to disable generals from being promoted to field marshals from focuses.
  
• Organized 13 focus tool tips to make them more readable.
  
• Fake localisation for all newly added localisation.
