SSh Solstice (FCA Compliant)

This version of SSh Solstice was redesigned to be used specicfically in the Fighter Combat Arena. This meant cutting down it's mass from 91 to 69 tons (for rule compliance) and doing some other tweaks, like replacing large batteries with prototech and adding subgrids, as survival manufacturability of this fighter was not a concern.
