Kerbal Space Engineers v3: Overhaul Modpack / Scenario

Description
A two team scenario space race / modpack. Teams design and roll out large hydrogen fueled rockets from their vertical assembly buildings to their launchpad, where the rockets are refueled and launched into orbit, thanks to Real Solar Systems and Real Orbits.

Rules:
(0) Have fun :)
(1) Teams may be in creative inside of their safezone, but can only paste grids inside the large vertical assembly building.
(2) Teams should not actively interfere with one another *on the starter planet*.
(3) Teams can only refuel tanks on the pad.

Score:
A team may get points by achieving any of the feats below. Teams score double points if they accomplish the feat first.

Early Game:
(1pt) Launch Rocket
(3pt) Exit Atmosphere
(5pt) Stable Low Orbit
(5pt) Reentry and Safe Recovery from Low Orbit

Mid Game:
(10pt) Low Orbit Rendezvous (good luck!)
(10pt) Stable Lunar Orbit
(20pt) Lunar Landing
(30pt) Reentry and Safe Recovery from Lunar Landing

End Game:
(10pt) Stable Solar Orbit
(20pt) Stable Martian Orbit
(50pt) Martian Landing
(50pt) Reentry and Safe Recovery from Martian Landing

Balance:
Hydrogen: Consumed incredibly quickly and is very heavy. Staging will be necessary to achieve your goals.
Attitude: Use control surfaces (including large ones!) and reaction control thrusters to control attitude.
Drag: Large cross sections will be punished. Put on your aerospace hat and smile.

Features:
modified drag: now have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ compressibility effects for drag + wave shock drag (with effects!). use ceramic tiles and heavy armor to mitigate reentry effects, as well as drogue / normal parachutes to slow your descent.
modified rss/ro: removed the keen acceleration minimum for gravity to allow for highly elliptical orbital transfers, added capability to plot trajectory of hyperbolic (actual escape trajectory) orbits, and a orbit time skip action on cockpits to teleport through your orbit.
lots of ksp parts: propulsion elements, staging rings, explosive bolts, fairings, bay doors, landing legs, inflatable balloons, you name it.


Afterword:
This uses heavily modified versions of some mods which will deprecate in the future, almost assuredly. All credit to original authors, their work enabled me to tweak this until it felt close enough to KSP.
