Steam checks any files uploaded as workshop items for suspicious Files. Usualy that check is enough to filter out any mallware but things still get through. If you belive that this is mallware (which BTW in hoi4 mods you can check all mod files yourself as they exists as .txt or .yml files) then feel free to issue a ticket to steam support.

Also yes mod currently crashes due to the OWB UPDATE. Once NER is updated I will try to patch this one but its gonna take some time

Crashes on me unfortunately.

The enclave tree uses BOS images instead of Enclave for focuses and there are no descriptions inside of the focuses aside from effects. Still probably better than the vanilla tribal it has out the box for NEE, and the tree to expand their territory is nice. thanks!
