Replaces the original Half-Life 2 texture for Health Chargers and Suit Chargers that stay true to their sources.

(P.S. For some reason the format had to be changed from DXR5 to DXT1 to prevent the bug where a wrong texture would apply on the charger and disappear when coming closer.)
