You go to "Audio Bars/Media" and turn off "Media Info (is moveable)". If you also want to be unable to drag around Kha'zix and Orianna, then simply disable "moveable Orianna and Kha'zix (Drag and Drop)". It's the secound option under "Cosmic Jhin Music Volume" and does not have any group assigned to. It should be easy to find. I hope this helps.
