Why can't the hot underground air be released to the outside?
Now you can!

The name is roofvent, but it's actually a ceiling air conditioner.
It's a facility to cool the air downstairs.

It's a simple mode, but it wasn't simple.

I'm thinking of modifying all the other modes that I've already created,
First of all, I made the mode I wanted to make.

I was studying z-level, but since it came out in multi floor mode,
In the direction of implanting the previously thought functions into multi floor mode
You are about to proceed with the operation.

-Feature in mind
1. Shared Tower Storage
2. Injection machine (with warcasket)
3. traps coming up from the ground
4. etc

I'm going to slowly modify the previous mod I made.
I transplanted the code I wrote, so it doesn't work.

ShinUon : The cooler must have an empty space underneath, and the room where the cooler is installed must not have a roof. The cooler is a device that exhausts indoor air to the outdoors, and since it uses the same vanilla code, its efficiency is the same as the vanilla cooler.

Also, is the roofvent supposed to be visible on the floor above? I don't see any indication of where it is on the floor above where it is placed.

Since this is technically a cooler rather than a vent, is it limited in how much heat it can remove from a room?

I am testing in dev quicktest but it doesn't seem to be working. I made a room underground that generates a lot of heat and roofed the room. And I build a room directly above as well that is walled and roofed.

Underground room is 100+ F but after adding the roofvent/cooler, the temperature does not reduce and the room above it does not heat up either.

Can you contact the original author, I think the power and thermodynamics system should be integrated into the original mod to reduce bugs
