Robo-Trauma - Neurotrauma Syntaxical Patch

A change to the previous "Robo-Trauma - Neurotrauma Patch" that is an attempt to fix the previously buggy animations for humans & robots. Going prone is still mildly flawed, and there are some bugs that cause ragdolls to stretch occasionally, however walking, running, and crouching all work normally.

DISCLAIMER: The way I "fixed" it was to use the default human animations instead of the ones provided by Neurotrauma. This means the animations might be slightly, if not completely different than the ones provided by the original "Robo-Trauma - Neurotrauma Patch." I am not affiliated with the original creators, and I likely never will be. This is simply a derivative fix that intends to band-aid over a bug that was making Robots unplayable.
