Description
The Soviets have occupied the Canary Islands and our Intelligence Agencies have reported to us that the Polkovnik Gagarin (Colonel Gagarin) Admiral Lazarev-class battlecruiser armed with the latest of Soviet hypersonic technology is patrolling around the Canary Islands, the SS-N-28 Specter (505 NM). That ship must be sunk!

Unlucky for the Soviets we have our own hypersonic weaponry, the RGM-110B Tempest! They still think that we are developing our hypersonic missiles, but they will learn today that our weapon is fully operational!

Is this a scenario or does it add the RGM-110 and the SS-N-28 missiles?

If you allow me to suggest, since the Canary Islands are so close, you could add some Spanish ships to the mission's maritime traffic.
