Mechanoid Upgrades x More Archotech Garbage: Craftable Archotech Upgrades

Description
Allows upgrades from Mechanoid Upgrades - Archotech to be crafted with resources from More Archotech Garbage.

Recipes are dubiously balanced (I just threw in numbers that seemed vaguely appropriate), feedback is welcomed.

@Eden Yeah, seems I overlooked it, my bad. Should be fixed now.

Perplexed melee damage module seems be forgotten. It does not appear on my craft list.

@GoGaTio Ahh, yep, that did the trick. Thanks!

@Dizzy if you don't use RecipeMaker try to add this node to your RecipeDef's <workerCounterClass>MU.RecipeWorkerCounter_MakeUpgrade</workerCounterClass>

@果酱 Yes. The original mod uses a method to scan storage that I could not figure out how to implement for this mod.

@Dizzy However, the original Mechanoid Upgrades module did not have this issue, only Archotech Upgrades encountered this problem when making the list

@Zaljerem You have my permission to merge this with the main mod. Chances are you'll have better luck getting the storage scanning working, lmao.

@果酱 I hadn't considered it before, but it seems the original mod uses a special function to scan the contents of the storage, and to be honest I'm struggling to figure out how exactly it applies that function (moving the recipes to the mod's own workbench didn't fix the issue, for example).
