Detailed Houses Pack #6: "American Eclectic" part 2

A second pack of 10 detailed houses based on the "American Eclectic" collection by BoldlyBuilding. All rights and credits for the models belong to BoldlyBuilding.

The houses were originally created with vanilla trees, bushes and props. I replaced them with good looking realistic assets from the workshop, added fences, hedges, decals, props, trees, bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

If you don't subscribe to the props, you better use the original houses by BoldlyBuilding.

• 10 growable low residential assets
  
• Highly detailed
  
• Levels 3, 4, 5
  
• All houses have a functional parking space or two
  
• All houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod

If they are placed on slopes the driveways will "float" in the air and the grass will look very weird.

"Find It" -> "eclectic" or "detailed house"

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
