Homes in the Eclectic Style commonly found in the suburbs of America. Often referred to as McMansions, these homes have dominated American housing developments for the last few decades, and continue to do so. As such, any city in Cities: Skylines modeled after American cities would be incomplete without these homes appearing in the surrounding areas.

This collection has L1 pre-construction lots, L2 construction lots, and completed houses ranging from L3 to L5. Their lot sizes range across 4x4, 4x3, 4x2, 3x4, 3x3, 3x2, 2x4, and 2x3. These assets and their associated theme are best used with Boformer's Building Themes mod or the game's styles feature.

Note: Driveways can appear odd on uneven ground. (In-game concrete and paths are not used because they're not adequate, and no decals are currently available for that purpose.) It's best if you try to soften or flatted areas where you build subdivisions for these houses.

@motherrusia Sorry if i responded too late but i am pretty sure there is a mod out there that allows you to level up the building manually, which should allow you to upgrade the Eclectic home to a finished state.

Guys, does this work? I tried to run it but I get only vanilla buildings and construction from here, haven't seen ANY building from this collection that is not construction.

So the construction versions are necessary to subscribe to, right?

The buildings aren't aging that well unfortunately. Used to be amazing, but after an update caused the flickering problems, it extended to these houses.

Echoing Quelei, Yeah, the poly count is pretty absurd for these models, but at least the LOD poly count is pretty reasonable.

These houses suck when trying to build on even gentle slopes, the driveways specifically.

I'm not sure if there is a soluition to my problem with these assets. When I use them they slow down my game considerably. If at any point I zoom over these homes, and there is over a dozen in an area, it creates lag. I haven't looked into the actual makeup of the assests, but I presume the polygon count is too high.
