Homes in the Eclectic Style commonly found in the suburbs of America. Often referred to as McMansions, these homes have dominated American housing developments for the last few decades, and continue to do so. As such, any city in Cities: Skylines modeled after American cities would be incomplete without these homes appearing in the surrounding areas.

This collection has L1 pre-construction lots, L2 construction lots, and completed houses ranging from L3 to L5. Their lot sizes range across 4x4, 4x3, 4x2, 3x4, 3x3, 3x2, 2x4, and 2x3. These assets and their associated theme are best used with Boformer's Building Themes mod or the game's styles feature.

Note: Driveways can appear odd on uneven ground. (In-game concrete and paths are not used because they're not adequate, and no decals are currently available for that purpose.) It's best if you try to soften or flatted areas where you build subdivisions for these houses.

@kaliya666: Props lists are no longer needed by anyone anymore. Loading Screen Mod provides an HTML report that automatically lists any props you might be missing for assets being used in your game. The HTML report is excellent in that within that list it also provides you with direct links to those missing props so that you may conveniently subscribe to them while viewing the report. You can also use Loading Screen Mod [Test] . That version does the same but it provides you a more detailed output_log report when trying to solve mod conflicts and problems at the cost of nominally increasing the time needed to generate that extra data.

Did you use any props? These assets are empty ingame. No trees, no outdoor furniture. Is it possible to add a proplist?

As long as you have buildings for that level and plot size, any appropriately zoned plot will grow a building. Getting the home under construction assets is not mandatory. Vanilla buildings or another solution such a force level up or ploppable rico work as well.

Does the theme still work/grow if I'm not subscribed to the Level 1 and 2 construction lots? I guess I'm a bit of a slow player and my towns don't look too well when they're full of construction sites.

Some piece of garbage just uploaded all your housing as thier own work on the workshop. He is naming the assets two code alphanumerics like 3B, 1A , 2C, ect. Just giving you a heads up.
