the worst has happened, several of the houses appear to have been deleted. so many open spots in my city now where some of these homes one sat :(

As a person who lives in a McMansion himself, honestly, accurate. Also,(I am not 18 yet BTW but I am a teenager) when I get a house I also want a McMansion not only because of just getting a bigger house on a smaller property means more bang for you buck, but it also means less lawn space, and honestly, I swear, I never want to have to mow a single lawn in my life.

Love this, but you don't need the mod to use these in the game. The vanilla game allows you to select themes per district. When you are on your home screen go to "Content Manager" then "Styles" and there should be the option to click "European" theme and any other themes you may have downloaded. Then you simply place a district down, click to open options for that district and you can pick themes from vanilla, euro, and if you have this collection, American Eclectic. I'm not sure all of these appear in styles, but this one does for me.

How do I use these?

These are fantastic! The only slight nitpick is that I wish the construction lot was only for level 1, but beyond that, I have zero complaints. Beautiful collection.

Absolutely beautiful addition to any city. I love building a new neighborhood and LITERALLY watching it grow!

Lil_Niz1, it won't work unless you use the Building Themes mod (or plop them yourself with Plop the Growables) and create you own theme with these buildings and Lv. 1 buildings with similar size dimensions.

I like everything about this but the level 1 construction house. If i were to delete those would the theme still work or do i need to keep them?

DOes this kit replaces the default building prop even if not enabled ? cuz I noticed that all my houses construction show up like eclectic ones by now, even with the default skin

there is a way to get rid of the dirt around the houses.

These are great but the dirt that appears around them is just bleh. Is there anyway to remove that.

These were working great for me but now all of the mansions appear black when i zoom out. only happens to them and i dont have that loading screen mod. Any idea what might cause that, it only effects these houses and they were fine before

will the themes work if I didn't have the construction sites subbed? I'm getting the same problems as @LIDL and @TaracaPlayz. And also I've noticed that there are 3 American Eclectic Themes whenever I bring up district themes. Which do I use?

@LIDL You have to have a district over the area, and have the style set to "American Eclectic". Otherwise it will mix mash the vanilla and eclectic houses together.

Love the way yuo have approach L1 and L2 for this type of set, brilliantly done!

I'm having an issue where I'll download the entire collection, start a new game, but then, when people move in, I get a mix of both the construction sites and vanilla homes. is there any way to fix this?

Im also haveing issues where entire neighbor hoods would be stuck as level 1 construction sites. There may be 5 or so houses in a 100 house neighborhood that would level up to level 3 or more. If you hover over the level bar for the construction sites, It will just say "no level info availible". Mean while the ones that do level up will tell you what to do to continue to level them up.

This looks great. If there's ever an additonal version added without the construction sites, I'd download it immediatelly.

To anyone who doesn't like construction sites and such, just download the upgrade mod, and paint a district, then upgrade all the buildings to level 3-5.

did anyone find out about the theme manager not loading these assets or how to resolve?

The houses themselves look great, but be aware that for whatever reason the first few levels of homes are constructions sites. No idea what the motivation was for that choice and is just kind of annoying. Other than that it looks fine when developed

Im trying to use this in theme manager it says no buildings loaded so a manually subed to each one and selected them in the game but should fix

@TIMX...use a level up mod and force them up otherwise it will take YEARS for them to get beyond the construction phase. There are a few out there.

I love the designs of these homes (as they seem to be some of the few American houses on here), but they only spawn the construction sites, not the houses, and attempting to force them to level up with mods doesn't work either. Does anyone have any suggestions? Otherwise, I guess I'll have to place each one manually in the city!

Love these houses! One thing — in Snowfall, the snow piles a TON on the driveways and walks. So you get a sort of inverse shoveling effect where the lawn is shoveled but the driveway is piled high :D

Guys, does this work? I tried to run it but I get only vanilla buildings and construction from here, haven't seen ANY building from this collection that is not construction.
