It is compatible with Millennium Dawn Version: 1.11.2b (Mar. 25)
HOI 4: 1.16.* (Tested, Update is not necessary so "incompatible" warning can be ignored)

In case this Mod stops working, it is due to a Millennium Dawn/Base game update. I do not Play HOI4 every Day and might miss an Update. Please be so kind and leave a comment Informing me about an Update (If I haven't Patched the mod within 1–2 Weeks after release).

It includes:
- Up to 30 Level for Generals and Admirals, 10 Level for Spies.
- Max Xp is raised to 999999.

For Balance Reasons, I Stuck to the Original Values of Millennium Dawn in regard to Boni/Needed XP to Rank Up.
In Detail: Lvl. 10 Generals under Millennium Dawn are Comparable to lvl. 15 with my Mod (if you only look at raw stats), however, each Skill can go as High as 30 (where they were capped before at 10) which can significantly improve the Stats of a General/Admiral.
Skill (Defense, Attack, Planning, Logistics):
Lvl. 1 is 1/2 of Lvl. 1 MD.
Lvl. 2 is Lvl. 1 MD.
Lvl. 20 is roughly Lvl. 10 MD.
Lvl. 21-25 is up to 130% of the Original Value.
Lvl. 25+ is the Square Value up to roughly 200% on lvl. 30.
A General gains 3 Random Skills with each Level.
