[B42] Extended Battery Life

A simple mod that makes batteries last longer. The duration can be configured in sandbox settings.

Compared to other mods, this one dynamically scans for items that accept batteries and sets the drain rate accordingly.

As long as the item has an "InsertBattery" recipe, it will be affected. This means that non-vanilla items would also be affected.

Does not affect car batteries.

• Configurable battery life multiplier
  
• Default setting makes batteries last twice as long (multiplier = 0.5)
  
• Works with all battery-powered devices that have an "InsertBattery" recipe
  
• Multiplayer compatible
  
• Safe to add or remove from existing saves

In Sandbox Settings, look for "Extended Battery Life":

• Battery Life Multiplier: 0.0 to 1.0 (default: 0.5)
  
• Lower values make batteries last longer
  
• 1.0 = vanilla duration
  
• 0.5 = twice as long
  
• 0.25 = four times as long
  
• 0.0 = infinite

• Requires Build 42+
  
• Safe to use with other mods
  
• Compatible with multiplayer
