With the Release of the DS-1 Colony lander and its prototype... the 'mustard bottle", Warmoose Industries really thought we had built a truly wonderful machine.

Testing proved that the DS-1 though had some glaring issues.

Our Engineers were then tasked with redesigning the DS-1 into the DS-2 with more focus on details, comfort and usability. Our vision was that a somewhat established company could build a fleet of DS-2's and send them off throughout a star system with everything a crew of 4 to 8 would need to begin setting up a base while having a mobile base of operations that can keep them safe.

Our Engineers I dare say did not disappoint.

The ship is hydrogen based in order to operate in any atmosphere, or a lack of one. on board, tailored gravity to always keep your boots on the deck plates. 1 basic refinery and 1 basic assembler and a survival kit to round out medical needs and manufacturing needs.

There are 4 beds and 4 cryo pods onboard. In theory 8 passengers and 1 pilot could operate out of this craft making it the perfect small form one stop instant colony drop ...ship that is...

The ship is unarmed but does have the potential for modification. The blueprint currently uses 2 nuclear reactors and 4 batteries of power but customers should know that the addition of solar panels, wind turbines and replacing the reactors with hydrogen turbines are all options.

The hydrogen thrusters in Earth like gravity conditions, was able to lift off with a full load of stone. Use caution when under higher gravity conditions.

4 connectors (port, Starboard, forward nose and a downward facing connector) mean that operators should be able to dock onto any station or outpost with relative ease.

The entire interior is pressurised and comes complete with an Aquarium! No sense travelling the cosmos without the luxury of a fish am I right?
