Expansion MilkBottle Fix

THE MAIN FIX OF THIS MOD IS OBSOLETE AFTER THE EXPANSION 1.9.19 UPDATE ON 3/5/2025

"Main: Added missing liquid types to Expansion milk bottle."

I'll be updating it to just include the milk bottle as an improvised suppressor option.

Fixes an issue reported by some people where an empty Expansion milk bottle can't be filled from wells, springs, or snow.

This also allows the improvised suppressor to be crafted using the milk bottle.

This can be repacked or used as an example to fix other mod's bottles/canteens that are having the same issue.

This is now obsolete after the Expansion 1.9.1.19 update on 3/5/2025.

Tested with 1.27 too, still works.
