@北风☭ there is an issue with the ais' templates that consist of loads of infantry + 1/2 tank battalions. AI simply can't get army numbers that are needed to complete some (sometimes even vanila) focuses ESPECIALY when it had a civil war. Germany cant demand memel in the kaisers' path somewhere till 1940 etc. because it tries to spawn divs that include tanks and not just infantry which can be spawned near instantly
