Cherno Alpha from the movie Pacific Rim

-BE SURE TO ENABLE SHARE INERTIA TENSOR, UNSAFE TORQUE AND PISTON ON YOUR WORLD OR IT WONT WORK
-> load Game (title screen) -> select the world you want -> edit settings -> advanced -> scroll all the way down ->
check the boxes for "Enable Share Inertia Tensor" "Enable Unsafe Torques" "Enable Unsafe Piston Impulses"

-Hotbar controls are in the images

-The entirety of the legs and majority of the arms are indestructiblle, but the shoulder and main body are still destructible.

-Taking out the cockpit disconnects the only battery in the Mech, making it go limp.

Falling Horizons Unsafe Torque gives the rotors enough strength to move. Share inertia tensor stabilizes the build because of all its rotors. You can turn both on by going to -> load Game (title screen) -> select the world you want -> edit settings -> advanced -> scroll all the way down -> check the boxes for "Enable Share Inertia Tensor" "Enable Unsafe Torques" "Enable Unsafe Piston Impulses"

It seems like the rotors cant provide enough torque to keep it upright, the knees just buckle under its own weight and it falls backwards. You said to enable unsafe torque and inertia tensor in the world? 1: What does that mean? 2: How do you do that ?

It does end up in a slightly crouched position to make its walk cycle easier to start. If its falling over you can try and aim your mouse to compensate with its gyroscopes. The autobalance sensors also seem to bug out a bit and not detect the terrain in some areas of land.

Want to say that the model is absolutely fantastic, especially the care you've put into the idle animations, although I do have to second that I'm having the same balance issues as have been mentioned earlier. When it gets ready to go it kind of ends up in a sitting position that weights it backwards, is it supposed to do that? Earth, 1G, flat ground.
