EK 'Marauder 2' Mk-I
Separatist Light Destroyer

Remake/remaster of the EK Marauder, made in sort-of celebration of the new PVP update, and the popularity of one of my recent Separatist faction submarines the EK 'Cavuan'.

"The A50-D 'Marauder 2' is a combat vessel of the Jovian Separatist Navy built on the heavily modified hull of a 'Serina' class light destroyer. Though an outdated design compared to modern attack vessels, the Marauder 2's relatively heavy weapon load continues to be a significant threat to Coalition warships. Refitted and updated over the years, the outdated engine and powerplant have been replaced with newer equivalents, usually salvaged or captured from military surplus."

I don't really have any specific plans for more submarines, feel free to suggest what kind of subs you are interested in seeing made. For example: should I bother making more industrial/cargo submarines like the Huxley, or a newer up-to-date carrier submarine, or maybe a submarine less campaign focused and more roleplay/traitors oriented?

It's mostly AI friendly, they struggle to get into the brig but nothing really happens down that way so it shouldn't be of any concern.

This ship is great BUT and this is a big but. the Stairs are a PAIN in the A :steamfacepalm:

Seriously its so slow to go up and down. So much better if it was just a simple slide instead. i modified it to be that for me and i really like the ship. but yea on a ship this size when your playing Single player and cant rely on BOTS to man the rail guns and ya gotta rush to them those stairs get in the way.

This isn't as impressive as mk-I.
mk-I is worth my points.
This one might even get better.

Yeah I have more than 20 mods so probably one of them changed this. Idk if it is barotraumatic but Ig I will need to check it later but thx for the answers. Also gl with the non pirate theme :german:

Unless you have mods that overwrite how reactors work, to startup the reactor just put 1 or 2 fuel rods in & switch on the reactor as normal, then either engage automatic control in the UI and/or switch the yellow/orange lever to the left of the reactor to the downwards position.

If power still isn't coming online, and you are sure that the reactor is running; you might need to go downstairs to the electrical room and press the yellow/orange button for the power mainline. ( it has a red indicator light that should turn green once pressed )

Also it would be nice to have this submarine but with a Coalition theme.
