I did every focus and my division have 100 organization, I still can’t attack anyone, I tought it was was the Tibet territory but after annexing it with commands I still can’t move any division to attack

@DavideB2610 You need to do army focuses first :) In the beggining you have -100% organisation, so it's better to not attack anyone
