Alpha Fallen Empire Buildings

Description
A small, unofficial expansion for Ancient Cache of Technologies that adds some further progression to Fallen Empire buildings to allow them to still feel viable in the late-game, as well as making the task of conquering Fallen Empire worlds feel more rewarding and beneficial.

Features
  • 24 new technologies
  • Alpha upgrades that provide higher-tier jobs for all 19 Cosmogenesis Fallen Empire buildings
  • Alpha upgrades and increased output for the Master Archive and Phased Empyrean Shrine
  • Research, build, and upgrade Fallen Empire Dimensional Pylons (requires Cosmogenesis)
  • Upgrade Arcane Fallen Empire buildings to Alpha-tier WITHOUT the need for Cosmogenesis
  • Compatible with Gigastructural Engineering and Acquisition of Technology

Upgrading a Fallen Empire Building
The technology that allows you to upgrade a Delta Fallen Empire building to its new Alpha variant can be drawn by simply having said Delta Fallen Empire building on any of your worlds (e.g: from "Reverse Engineer Arcane Technology", Cosmogenesis, conquering a Fallen Empire world, or downloading another mod that allows you to research the Cosmogenesis building technologies). After researching the technology, you can upgrade said Fallen Empire building to its Alpha variant, even if you don't have the technology to build the original building.

Mod Compatibility
  • Adds an Alpha Variant of the Polyatomic Crucible from Gigastructural Engineering, and recolours the Polyatomic Crucible to match ACOT's colour scheme for Fallen Empire buildings.
  • Messes with the Sky Dome from Acquisition of Technology, re-enabling the ability to build the default Sky Dome, and adding the "Delta Star Dome" to allow players to still use the AOT Star Dome as well as the Vanilla Sky Dome.
  • Messed around with the Fallen Empire buildings to allow them to be upgraded further, might not work with other mods that also make major changes to Fallen Empire buildings
  • Load after ACOT, AOT, and Gigastructures (if you have AOT & Gigastructures that is)

Disables Achievements

Should work fine on pre-existing saves (as long as you already had Ancient Cache of Technologies on that save)

love the mod but needs to be updated. mod wont work anymore and keeps crashing.

The mod doesn't give the Fallen Empires Alpha Technologies, a Fallen Empire can build the new buildings if they are given the Alpha Reactor to avoid a War in Hell though

Is this a mod that gives the Fallen Empire an Alpha Technology building at startup?
If so, this mod will not work.

Since the upgraded buildings inherit the properties of the ACOT buildings, they should work the same as the ACOT assembly plants, although looking at ACOT's files it doesn't seem to be capped anymore as far as I can tell? I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if ACOT changed that at some point, but I think it's uncapped now

How does this work with cosmogenesis assembly plants? They're uncapped in vanilla cosmo but capped in acot.

buildings looks duplicated, and IA seems to get hand on those buildings way too fast for my liking.

Yeah it goes after Gigas, ACOT and AOT, I realised I forgot to say so in the description so I've updated it to say so now
