Override materials for the model -> go to element viewer -> add float to it and type $emissiveBlendTint -> increase the number up from 25 - 50 so it makes the animated texture more noticeable.

and

Override materials for the model -> go to element viewer -> add float to it and type $emissiveBlendStrength -> increase the number up from 0.5 to 1.5 so it makes the animated texture more noticeable.
