Description: Welcome to the customizable Nerf Mod! This mod introduces a variety of optional nerfs and features to make your Project Zomboid experience more unpredictable and challenging.
Configure which nerfs are applied through sandbox settings, offering complete flexibility in gameplay.
Multiplayer Compatibility: The Nerf Mod is fully multiplayer-compatible, allowing server admins to apply specific nerfs to individual players or across the board.

You can use this to add penalty to punish player or any lore related events
You may also use this for events

Sandbox Customization:
You can fully customize which features are enabled and which players are affected by these nerfs using the sandbox settings. Features can be applied universally or selectively based on usernames.

Features:
Random Vehicle Halt: Vehicles occasionally stop and take damage, affecting both players and the car itself.
Slower Walk Speed: Reduces the player's walking speed, making movement slower.
Slower Turn Speed: Players experience slower turning animations, adding to the challenge.
Delete Items on Death: All items are removed from your character upon death.
Shove Doesn't Work: Disables the shove mechanic, making close combat more difficult.
Critical Hits Cause Panic: Every critical hit in combat increases your panic level.
Auto Shout on Login: Automatically shout upon logging into the game, attracting nearby zombies.
Occasional Sickness: Your character will occasionally feel sick (disables control), adding an element of unpredictability.
Firearm Knockdown: Sometimes you will fall down after firing a shot with two handed firearms.
Disable Shout: Shouting is disabled for your character, requiring more stealth.
Disable Run: Prevents your character from running, forcing you to rely on walking and other strategies.
Farts Out Loud: My favorite feature! Your character occasionally farts, potentially attracts zeds.
Shout to Fart: Produce fart noises when shout button is pressed. (even if the shout is disabled).

You can also choose to activate selected features to all players

This mods idea is to nerf certain veteran players whos feeling bored because the game is too easy
adding challenges would affect the rest of the player base and that is not ideal

Server needs to restart for the options to take effect
adding players is as simple as: username1;username2;username3
its similar to how you add mod and workshopid
Can be installed mid save
