Bela's High Priest of Slaanesh (Lore-Friendly druchii hero - lore, seduction & more)

Description

Most of Slaanesh worshippers were obliged to flee from Naggaroth after Malekith have started to pull the Dark Elves out of the hedonistic swamp many of them called "life". Those who didn't escape neither to Morathi's domain nor to the Wastes, found a third way - to worship Slaanesh and Khaine like equals. The Witch King let this sect loose on the terms that they themselves would fight the corruption they spread, and never abandon the skills they acquired on the path to becoming Dreadlords. Consequently, the High Priests practice lore of Slaanesh intertwined with deadly bow and sword skills - all to spill blood for either of the deities.

This mod adds a brand new generic hero for all dark elves' factions - the High Priest of Slaanesh, who brings powers and corruption of his Divine Master with him.

FEATURES:

Lore of Slaanesh- the priests wield this entire lore, with an exception for quicker levelling-up (two levels for each skill instead of three). Also includes three variants of locus, 'Willing Prey' (N'kari's ability) and Greater Gate of Slaanesh.
Hybrid weapon wizard - priests prefer bows over crossbows, because it's better to put strain on muscles but be in control, than to turn into a mass of pure sloth using a worthless machine. Similar to Ulrika, they combine bow, double swords and magic.
Slaanesh' seduction mechanic - when a priest joins an army, it gains a possibility to seduce a total of 2 enemy units, with the price varying depending on the priest being below or over level 25.

Sometimes it is hard to resist, especially if your foe looks relatively uncorrupted.

Ranged/melee fighter - being not perfect melee combatants at first, the priests can be levelled up to become fierce swordsmen in addition to bow and magic. They don't have any mounts, but their own legs are as agile as of the quickest Slaaneshi daemons.
Unique skills - the mod presents total of 9 unique skills for the priests (mostly received automatically), that influence their fighting and magical abilities, as well as certain points of their relationship with their own and other factions.
A Priest's Parlour - A strange alcove on the town's outskirts - delightful refuge of a Priest who worships Khaine and Slaanesh in the same time. This building is the only one (except of Cultist's gathering exclusive to Morathi) that unlocks and increases the pool of High Priests. It can be only constructed on settlement level 3, and, despite raising growth and public order, provides a level of growth of the Slaaneshi corruption.

The upsides of the priests are countered by their complicated recruitment and the substantial upkeep of 850 gold per turn.

COMPATIBILITY

You'll need Mixu's unlocker for this mod to function. They will probably mix up in recruitment pool with other modded heroes you might use, in case if those heroes use the same database type that the Priests do.

The largest incompatibility - is the seduction mechanic. Due to the workaround it works with (CA never designed it to not be used by an entire faction), any MODDED Dark Elves' lords you might play with will have full seduction budget, thus not needing a Priest to seduce units. The only modded lord that is fully compatible with it yet - is my own Supreme Warlock mod. I will try my best to make others compatible based on users' requests. THIS IS STILL NOT A GAME-CRASHING INCOMPATIBILITY. All the vanilla lords are, of course, set properly.

This mod is currently the hardest and most complicated in my experience, surpassing the Vauvalka. Even though, as mentioned above, I've tested it quite a lot, you may still find issues. If you do, please report.

Enjoy!

@LazySkeptic I tried to make up a logical reason for why Malekith allowed their existence. This mod was not created with affection to gender-non-conforming people, nor to be an any sort of gender menace - the only intent was to give male characters some space where it's lacking

@Paul Are you telling me you don’t believe this absolute gender menace of a druchi could crossdress well enough to trick Malekith?
I don’t have a strong sense for what forms of humor are generally expected to be understood as endearing or derisive on this forum, so to be clear, this is meant to be cheeky and only affectionate to gender-non-conforming people, etc.

Would'nt malekith kill him for being a male with magic?

@★ BLACK HAWK ★ No, it is not. I'm not sure what might be causing this except some mods you might have installed, than cause a conflict somewhere in hero or building IDs.

Although i have built the priests parlour the hero is not available to recruit,is it a known bug?

@Bella Fox Yes, Warlock Lord mod indeed works without any other mods (at least on the campaign screen and custom battles). I guess the issue is limited to Heroes rather than Lords

Although, custom battles do work in this mod without Mixu's Unlocker, it is just in the campaign, the unit is not shown once the buildings are made, it remains empty

@Turk Pasha It uses an internal coded agent class that Dark Elves don't have in vanilla game, and the Unlocker is needed to remove that restriction. I actually forgot that I didn't list the Unlocker on the Warlocks' page. Do they actually work without it lol
