However, as it was already mentioned. This has problems with how clothing is implemented in this game, as every limb needs its sprite to be defined in clothing and not every mod does that, so in the end we need to make compatibility mods.
BTW for this to work with outfits you'll probably need to override every single outfit and add a line to the xml that defines the new limb as hidden or add the new limb to the outfit texture and define it in the xml. otherwise you're gonna be seeing the tiddy hanging out of the clothes.
