Real Faction Guest (Forked)

This is a forked version of [1.5] Real Faction Guest (Continued) , I rewrite almost all of its code and expand the features. So I forked it (packageID is different, you don't need to unsubscribe Mlie's version, and don't load both of them),
* Since this mod now has new feature, the name is changed to just (Forked) for better distinction with (Continued) version.


Changelog:
* (forked 1.5.14i) Fix a patch prioity issue with AdeptusMechanicus.(or pawn may take a mismatched backstory before the backstory fix)
* (forked 1.5.14) Try fix some external errors (all can be turned off in modsetting):
1. fix refugee with shield-break or doge effect on null map coordinate issue (this is somehow a rare error, known can be triggered in special pawn generation by Kiiro Race /Moelotl Race).
2. fix faction leader not capable with required ability issue (this can be triggered by any mod baned pawns violence ability like "Vow of Non-violence" in Alpha Memes )
3. fix Rabbie body missing
4. fix sky dropped creepJoiner generate with null point (this is also a rare event, maybe is this mod causes the error).
* (forked 1.5.12) Add more compatibility with incident pawn generation inherited IncidentWorker like Mo'Events (Continued)
* (forked 1.5.11) Fix null construction issue with Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2
* (forked 1.5.10) Fix issue with modded pawn generator like Character Editor.
* (forked 1.5.9a) Add mod setting now! Fix many errors.
* (forked 1.5.7) fix an issue when generate quest pawn
* (fixed) randomized pawn will not trigger the filter, I will look into this later.

Something you need to know (not issues):
* alien can get vanilla backstories sometimes, and will not get backstories of other alien races.
