Description

Mod Description
NOT FLYABLE, TOO MANY PARTS. JUST A STATIC PROP.
Designed for close quarters boarding actions as well as a flying "base" for elite & eventually brute units to conduct their operations from. Though classed as a heavy corvette, its nearly as big as a UNSC light cruiser, and has as a light capital warship classification in the Covenant Navy and the navies of many of its remnants. Able to act as light carrier, it is capable of deploying swarms of seraphs, banshees, transports, & drop pods while sporting enough firepower to go toe-to-toe with any Human ship of similar tonnage. In terms of boarding actions, the ship can be boarded from the bottom via the grav lift, from the sides via its hangar bay, or from the top via the landing pad giving multiple options to get in & out. Automatic alarms will sound in the rooms & on the bridge if UNSC personal are detected in these areas (mainly just for immersion but useful for PVP). Mostly faithful Interior layout as seen in Reach though much more heavily expanded upon.

Note: By default its well armed to defend itself, if UNSC units wish to board it they will need to soften it up first with air strikes or try to sneak aboard in the chaos.

Questions & Answers
Q: Why isn't this "mod" showing in the launcher/ how to spawn it?
A: This isn't a "mod", its just a composition, and wont show in your launcher. You'll find this composition in the editor, once there you need to press the groups key or F2 then click on the composition icon. last pic in the slideshow above will show were that is.

Q: Why is it spawning all broken up?
A: You need to click off Vertical Mode & Surface Snapping before spawning any comp, last pic above shows were to find it. Also rotating it in the editor can cause it to come apart.

Q: What maps did you use for the pics?
A: Camp Athena (41st)

Q: Why so many mods?
A: I've pulled together most covenant assets i could find to make this. pro; less repetitive environment, con; more mods

Q: Are you planning to update the covenant cruiser interior?
A: I'm not sure if i want to update it or completely remake it as its quite old & not up to my current standards. Though probably not any time soon as i have some other things i'd like to work on next & this comp fills the same role.

Q: What mod are the brutes from?

Known Bugs & Issues
- parts of hangar & storage clip threw to the exterior
- automatic alarms will also sound if UNSC above or below the ship
- grav lift pretty much leads directly to bridge
- upgraded phantom makes random explosion noises
- don't remove plasma turrets from their legs or it throws you out of the ship
- needler crate is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up sometimes, sometimes its not, no clue why
- couldn't get the cove drop pods to work with the HEV script so they just drop down under the ship
- parts of the hull clip threw the space banshee bay

there are multiple 41st mods besides the one required for this, not sure which one theyre in
