Preamble
This guide assumes that you can use Steam VR and play games with it as well as you have the Oculus Link app installed. (If you use it)
Oculus App Configuration (Skip if you don't use Oculus)
Open the Oculus app and navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the screen then click "Devices".

Click the VR headset you wish to connect.

In the settings screen scroll down to where it says "Hear Computer Audio in VR" and click the grey slider, once it turns blue it's done.

Steam VR Configuration
Connect your headset to your computer. Just like you were trying to play a game in Steam VR.
Do NOT start any games. Once you are inside the Steam VR home, take off your headset and put it in a safe place while leaving it plugged in and go back to your computer.
(You could also use the Steam VR desktop mode to do this, but I will not be explaining that here)
Navigate to the Steam VR window/tab and click the three lines next to where it says "STEAMVR".

Click "Audio"

Set your settings to match mine. (This may be optional)

Close the settings menu and move on to the next step.
Finale
Open Windows 11 Media Player and select the playlist you wish to listen to.

Start the music, click the three dots, then click "Equalizer"

Now you should hear the music while in Steam VR and in a game.
(You may have to adjust the volume to hear the music)
