Description
Adds the main antagonists of MGSV to Arma 3 in a Faction Format. Primarily consisting of infantry, although it also includes a helicopter and several soviet vehicles that have been acquired for Cipher use. May potentially be updated in the future, although unfortunately I will not be trimming the modlist as it is for my unit's current campaign.

@garuda unfortunately i published the mod with my unit's modlist so the technical list is quite long. Still working on it ATM
