Report a translation problem
Your normalmaps have an inverted green channel and a blank blue channel. If you don't know how to renormalize the blue just fill it completely with white. This is way quicker and easier than flipping your entire model inside out like you've been doing to work around the lack of blue.
You're also saving the normalmaps with a blank alpha which eats up memory for no reason. Use dxt1 instead of dxt5 for stuff like that.
