Animated Body Groups & Skin

Description
This script allows you to animate individual body groups and easily switch between them.
It also allows you to animate the model's skin.

This script is applied the same was as rig_biped_simple for example.

If the model doesn't have any body groups (or all are empty), it won't create any controls for it.

Found an example model that's on the Workshop - Stegano's Enhanced TF2 weapons.

Applying the rig to this conflicts with some existing bone names. And I've now found that those conflicting bones have a nested problem - one of the problem controls in this model is the Scope. If I apply the rig, it doesn't make a Scope bodygroup control, but does take away the ability to swap it out using the menu.
