Anne of Green Gables

A heroine inspired by the main character from the 1908 novel, Anne of Green Gables, by Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery.

I don't know why, I had insistent idea stuck in my head to add this character as a hero.
I do feel that Anne fits the setting, as her story takes place before and during world war 1, (in one of the film adaptations, a twenty-something year-old Anne finds herself on the battlefield)
and I imagine in a world with Dragons and giant flying Turtles Anne would not be content to sit idle on the ground.

So I made a simple mod that adds a starter captain with abilities based on Anne's personality, and a branching evolution dependent failure and success.
