Pilkable Neco-Arc

Description
Adds neco-arc to the rim as a highly trainable (and pilkable) entity!

The Necos should be available in every biome and/or should be available from traders with some regularity. The resources they provide as well as their efficiency in combat is slightly above what you'd expect from most animals, but it's not overtuned TOO much (probably).

If you have any questions or feedback please feel free to post a comment, I'm open to tweaking things or (potentially) expanding on them.

"Pilk" is short for "Pepsi Milk." That is, the concoction is made by mixing Pepsi with milk. Vampiric cat girls love it.

Something that is "milk able" is, well, able to be milked.

Do the Neco-math.

This is adorable.

You should pair it with the Neco Arc Xenotype Mod and my Neco Arc Plague Mod (respectively) for maximum blood drinking, vampiric, goofy-ahh cat girl joy.

Pilk is Pepsi + Milk. You can look it up if you want to know more about it's origins irl, in the game it's basically just milk that comes from neco-arc and takes twice as long to spoil
