It would've been easier to use Pudge in SFM if he was fully assembled, rather than be in pieces. :(

You might wanna turn it back on before rendering. They really help with the lighting.

Happens with all models. The rendering will render every frame as a still image. Computerd are just not fast enough to incorporate all factors of the SFM render settings real-time.

Still the same, or is this model only works with still images ? Becasue when there is movement iit goes back to this :S

It's just the way AO looks with no refinement. It will look different when you're in the clip editor and looking through the scene camera.
