Prepare Landing for 1.5

Description
Unofficial 1.5 update of the Prepare Landing mod by neitsa.
The dependency on HugsLib has also been removed.

To open the main window, press Ctrl + P on the world map screen.
(The hotkey can be changed in the settings)

I am not the original author, and this is an unofficial update. All credit to neitsa, who created the original mod. When the original mod is updated, I will remove this item from the workshop.

I did not remove the button, it was already this way in the 1.4 version from the original author. My guess is that it was removed for compatibility reasons, but only the original author could say for sure.

@m00nl1ght Got it. I had my ctrl bound to something else in Plasma and it was mucking it up.

That said, I do think that having an actual button was a lot more intuitive, lol.

Nothing I do seems to make this mod show up in my Select Landing Site window; I've enabled the mod and Harmony and set their loading orders, I've tried with various Protons and with Linux native, there's just no tab for the mod no matter what I do. Am I missing something, or did an update break something?

Maybe at some point, but right now I don't plan to add new features to the mod.

Given that it seems the original is not going to be updated, would it be possible for you to add a pollution filter? I ideally it wouldn't just look at the tile itself but also check if it is going to be impacted by pollution from nearby areas.
