also its worth to mention that this mod may don't have any effect on high-end rigs.

-I don't know if original author said that paradox implemented all of these optimizations to the game but I can feel the difference in-game.
-I played this mod with all-time popular mods and seems like there's no issue.
-This mod modifies some internal definitions of the game to optimize the game.
