Update 2024/4/25
Added two implants which can give animals abilities from Biotech and Anomaly. Each can give animal 2 random abilities and can be installed up to 5 times. The ability pool's size is 10 so you can get all abilities after installing 5 implants.
Biotech Abilities:
(1)Coagulate (2)Piercing Spine (3)Acid Spray (4)Foam Spray (5)Fire Spew
(6)Long Jump (7)Fire Burst (8)Animal war call (9)Toxic pop (10)Hell Sphere Pulse
Anomaly Abilities:
(1)Void Spike, similar to the one flesh beasts use. (2) Void Skip, similar to the one unnatural corpses use.
(3)Heat Spike, which Nociosphere uses. (4)Fleshmelter Bolt, which Nociosphere uses.
(5)Agony Pulse, which Nociosphere uses. (6)Unnatural Healing
(7)Shape Flesh, but doesn't make the fresh beasts hostile. (8)Psychic Slaughter
(9)Release Dead Life Dust (10)Revenant Invisibility

异象能力:
(1)虚空尖刺,和血肉兽的尖刺类似 (2) 虚空折跃,和异常尸体的折跃方式类似
(3)热能棘刺,苦痛之球的技能 (4)血肉熔融弹,苦痛之球的技能
(5)苦痛脉冲,苦痛之球的技能 (6)异常医术
(7)血肉塑形,但产生的血肉兽对你是友好的 (8)灵能宰杀
(9)释放死灵烟尘 (10)幽魂隐身

A mod makes your haulable animals be able to be drafted and equip weapons.
Two implants have been added for melee and shooting to increase the animal's corresponding skill level. They work similarly as the ones in FriendWonderful. However they don't count into the up to 3 limit in FriendWonderful.
Added a scenario called Feral Child, which starts as a baby escaping the planet with the help of a group of animals.
Check other mods:
FriendHelpful allows animals to do more simple jobs
FriendWonderful allows animals to do skilled jobs

允许征兆动物以及给动物装备武器。为格斗和射击各添加了两种植入物,用于提高动物对应的技能等级。
添加了一个野孩子剧本,开局一个婴儿,在一群动物的帮助下逃离这个星球。
前置模组:
FriendHelpful 允许动物进行简单工作
FriendWonderful 允许动物进行复杂工作

Added a line of code to Big & Small abort the giant-checking code for equipping items to quickly fix issues when the creature is not a humanlike. This does mean a chinchilla could equip a Jotun-sized mini-gun, I guess.

@azll This mod uses vanilla logic on weapon equipping so you'd better ask them to carefully check null references in their codes. I can't run into their codes to do that.

It indeed seems to work fine without big and small. I am rather interested to try equipping Dead Man's Switch guns on animals size they are restricted by body size, which larger animals should qualify for. Still have some research to go before I can try that, though.

@WOOFWOOFWOOFWOOFWOOFWOOF Looks like it's conflicted with BigAndSmall mod because that mod modified the method about equipping. Try unload that mod to see if that is the case.
Current I am busy at supporting for Anomaly so I don't have much time to focus on mod patches right now. But you can check my mod called FriendPatches which mainly supports DBH and some vanilla expanded mods (BigAndSmall is not supported yet).
