Better autocasting for Vanilla Psycasts Expanded

Description
Some changes to Vanilla Psycasts Expanded to reduce Micro Management and add functional autocasts.
(Enable autocasting by right-clicking a psycast. This is a default feature by VPE, please throw all complaints at them, not me. Including about being unable to toggle autocasting while out of psyfocus)

Because I'm lazy, this description should always be considered out of date. Mechanics are explained in-game in the mod settings

Enables autocasting for several psycasts.

I strongly encourage checking out the mod config after installing.
I try to add sane defaults, but am not a sane person.

Forked in honor of Mr Samuel Streamer, who didn't see the comments telling him that he needs a specifically-named stockpile for auto-enchanting to work

I'm getting this error when trying to uninstall the mod via the mod settings.

Yeah, it has 2 lines that appear, with the second one being exactly what you described, and the first one trying to use the equipped weapon on the target.
