It's an open secret this game is pretty accessible for modding. No coding experience is needed to do what these submods do. All you need to remove the Jade-Blooded Vampires dependency is to delete four rows across two tables in one program that requires one other program that you can download via Steam.
1. Download Assembly Kit for TWWH3 from Steam. Note which drive you're installing it to, since you'll be pointing out its install path later.
2. Download RPFM from here: https://github.com/Frodo45127/rpfm/releases
This is the main tool you can open tables in the database that makes most of the game tick.
4. Apply any updates RPFM needs to do. This'll especially be after a patch.
5. Go under PackFile and to settings, where you can set the filepath for the game and the Assembly Kit and the main game . [http//blob%3Ahttps]
7. Open the dependency manager by right-clicking the .pack in the &Pack Contents area (see screenshot) [i.imgur.com].
8. Delete the row that says jade_vamp_pol_IotM.pack.
9. Hit the drop-downs in the &Pack Contents until you hit a file that says zz_analysis_paralysis_helf_version.
10. Delete the last three rows.
Save it up and put it in the data folder and you now have a personalized mod. Be sure to keep a backup outside the data folder in case of unexpected hardware shenanigans or overwrites.
Sadly, it struggles HARD with mods that add new races, like the Jade-Blooded vamps. Most others are supported via submod now. But "struggling" means any such non-supported faction mod actived will just break the entire mod for every race. Oh well... I guess I'll have to live without this one then for now. Keep up the great work though! <3
