Flak Turret [Starscape]

Description
A 1x1 base flak turret based on the turret of the same name from the Roblox game Starscape.

The largest difference between the original and the recreated version is the intended slot, where the starscape version is for small turret harpoints, I've made the change to have this take the point defence slot, as it fits that role better in Avorion.
