ERX Loading Screens

Description
REPLACES loading screens.

This mod REPLACES base game OWB loading screens with new Reformer USA oriented loading screens that I made in FNV.

I will add more loading screens in the future.

----

I always thought that there needed to be better visualization for what you could do as the Enclave (rebuilding cities, re-establishing old groups, etc..). I didn't feel that sheer scale and grandiose-ness of what was happening in the submod in decisions, focuses, or tiny little event pictures. I'm hoping this mod helps fix that.

Image gallery showcases all loading screens, starting from the earliest image to the latest image uploaded.

A virtual cookie to anyone that understands the reference in the single American soldier standing next to the black SUV loading screen.

To be honest if the Enclave did have these resources (like Tanks, alltiery, Planes and etc.) It would take (by my calculations) 8-10 weeks or 3-4 months to take control over the whole Area of the NCR and Caesars Legion. Sure there would be resistance of course but it would be imidiatly crushed if the resistance cells would be found.

May I respectfully request a member of Caesar's Legion being stomped into the dirt by say, a Mind-controlled Deathclaw, or an Enclave soldier in T-45 or X-01 Power armor painted appropriately? I just ended up taking Flagstaff from the Legion with the aid of paratrooper Power Armor and Mind controlled deathclaws courtesy of Anderson's Focus "Project Jackson". I'm planning on commissioning a ton of scenes from this playthrough over time from a few artists who don't mind taking up the job of propagandizing for the Enclave lol

@Dan Dunwich

Yeah, eventually. I'm thinking about having three different loading screen submods. One for Reformers only, one for Purists, and then one that's just everything mixed together.

Will there be additions to feature Anderson's Purist path in the future, or will it remain Reformer centric? In either event, subscribed and downloaded, fantastic work.

I seriously respect the dedication, for making models in New Vegas and taking screenshots. Still totally respect the decision to move towards blender, allows for a lot more creative freedom!

Welcome to the Army, don't let the naysayers and salty specialists get to you, it isn't always going to be bad.

3/20/25 update: I'm working on a full remaster using Blender instead of relying on taking screenshots in game. More models, better lighting, more backgrounds and settings.

I'll make a version that just adds loading screens too once I'm finished.

Side note, I'm done with my Army training. Basic was the best worst time of my life. AIT was chill. Overall I met some great people and had a good time.

Could there be a version of this adding the loading screens instead of replacing them? ERX itself now adds custom loading screens and I don't want to miss out on any of it, but these look cool too!
