---CHANGE LOG---
[13.02.24]:
Took away the 10% stability bonus granted by civilian economy, in order to not make it seem superior to early mobilization and partial mobilization.

[17.02.24]:
Changed the weekly war support modifier of disarmed nation from -1% per week to -0.5% per week
Changed minimum training level modifier of all adults serve from -10% to -5%
Changed minimum training level modifier of scrapping the barrel serve from -20% to -10%
NOTE: you can still insta deploy units, if you unlock a land doctrine which decreases minimum training level

[18.02.24]:
Changed recruitable population factor of total mobilization from -5% back to -3%, as it would completely cancel out extensive conscription, and wouldn't be worth it overall

[15.05.24]
Removed the -0.50 weekly war support from disarmed nation as it was causing problems for the United States

[14.08.24]
Not really an update, but a note,
Having more experience in hoi4 now i realize that the mod isn't very good, and i advertised it as if it was.
I am absolutely amazed by the amount of people subscribed to it .
The mod itself isn't absolutely terrible, but it could have been done much better.

It's not, but the mod was made a long time ago, and it wasn't even well thought out, since i was very new to hoi4 while making it, and i don't plan on updating it.
This type of a mod is really easy and quick to make though, so if you wish to see a mod like this made compatible with the newest DLC, then it'll take literally 5 minutes of your time to do so.

It never made sense for civilian economy to reduce civilian factory construction speed. If the economy is set to producing consumer goods then the economy develops faster. Thanks for this mod.
