Mine Random Option for Mines 2.0

Description
Adds the ability to get random minerals from the Mine Building (instead of choosing them).

This is an expansion to Cain's mod "Mines 2.0". This mod implements community resources from MrKociak's mod "Randomised Stone Refinery V2" (for the randomization aspect). This mod won't work properly without those mods.

To mine random minerals, create a Bill at the Mine building "Mine random minerals". Then a pawn can begin working in the mine as usual.

Once complete, the bill will produce 2 random selections from this list (the same selection could be picked twice randomly):


8-24 Silver
4-12 Steel
2-5 Jade
2-3 Uranium
1-2 Plasteel
1-2 Gold
1 Component


I have aimed for balance by making random yields average 32 silver each (but you can get up to 50% more or less, randomly).

may i suggest you add to about.xml <modDependencies> for required mods and <loadAfter> for required mods

This is beautiful and the best thing to have ever existed. I used to just mine chunks with basic mines then use the refineries but given the existence of exposed ores in the game I think this makes a bit more sense.
